Screen Printed
Wine Bottles
Elevate your wine package by printing directly onto your glass bottle.
Suitable for all segments of the market, a screen-printed wine bottle supports the price point for ultra-premium brands and can also differentiate value wines by making the bottle stand out on the retail shelf.
Screen printing allows you to take advantage of the sizeable printable area of wine bottles using various design options that are either expensive to achieve or not available with paper labels. Full wrap printing is a popular choice, and depending on the bottle and design, the print can be extended up the bottle’s shoulder. Neck printing is increasingly common as brand owners shun foil capsules for environmental reasons and instead opt to decorate the bottleneck with a screen-printed design. A premium option is the pairing of screen printing with paper labels. We apply a spotting mark for paper label registration on the filling line during the screen printing process.

Your journey with us starts with a review of your artwork and your bottle choice. We’ll guide you through any necessary artwork adjustments and help you select the right ink choice from our color library. Ceramic inks are fired at high temperatures ensuring long-lasting durability. UV inks provide the most vibrant and wide-ranging color choices. Precious metal inks confer a prestigious look to the label. We create a sample bottle before the print run to ensure every element is perfect. Final changes and adjustments get made at this time. After production, the decorated glass ships out to your bottling line in time for hassle-free bottling.
We cater to all segments of the wine industry with run sizes starting at one hundred cases and going up to tens of thousands of cases. In addition to 750 ml bottles, we can also print on half bottles, magnums, and even 3L bottles. Our clients use screen printing in a variety of ways to label their wines. Some select it for reserve bottlings to differentiate their upper-tier wine, and others use it for their entire portfolio. No matter what your needs are, we’re here to help you.
